Day 7

Consuegra is a historic town in the Toledo province of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, famous for its well-preserved medieval castle and a row of 12 iconic windmills that are linked to Cervantes' Don Quixote. Located on the Cerro Calderico hill, these windmills offer a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The town also celebrates its Saffron Festival every October, honoring the local saffron harvest with music, traditional dances, and delicious food.

Near Toledo, Puy du Fou España is a unique historical theme park featuring immersive shows and attractions. Highlights include live performances and historical villages. They offer a glimpse into the time period when these three religions thrived together in Toledo, influencing its cultural and architectural landmarks. All performances are primarily in Spanish, which can be a challenge if you're not fluent.
